How could this happen ? what is happening in our country ? Like all good parents, Rhys' Mum and Dad were encouraging him to have hobbies and interests ( soccer ), so he wouldn't end up hanging around the streets like the bad kids - yet by some sad twist of fate, they were the very people this poor 11 year old boy fell victim to. A life cut-short, a family shattered. Let's hope the legal system doesn't let us down further than society already has. ... Brett ( fellow Everton fan )
